Hello! Inspired by an old friend and fellow hear bud, I wanted to do my bit in giving back and do my part in the space of mental wellbeing.

In the many roles I take on every day - as a mom, a wife, a daughter, a friend, an employee, a leader, there have been many times I struggle on my own. It takes a huge amount of energy to trudge on sometimes, to go about just another day. I am fortunate to have various groups of friends who are open to listen and support me in those times I need. Through this platform, I hope I can lend a listening ear and provide some support.
