Hello! How are you doing? My name is Sharon, and I am here to be your Hear Bud.

No matter who we are and where we come from, many of us have felt lonely, afraid, misunderstood, or just lost.

I grew up in a single-parent family living in a rental flat, with my mother struggling to raise her three children on her own. She had moved here from Malaysia, and had no other family to support us. I struggled for many years with low self-esteem, financial challenges, and just a general sense of feeling not good enough. I grew up feeling that I had to navigate all of life’s challenges on my own, so that I didn’t further burden my family.

Sometimes, life really felt overwhelming and I struggled with a sense of constant worthlessness. To be honest, that led me to make some really poor decisions. Now in retrospect, I realized that these were canon events that helped to shape my own unique personality and built my resilience. I think what made the difference was having people that believed in me, listened without judgement, and encouraged me to just keep going.

Now, I am a life coach in training, and my intention is to support others like me who needs someone to talk to about their challenges. I hope to be able to support you in your journey too. There is a happy confident you, waiting to be discovered in your future 😊
