In our dark mountains of despair and disappointments, pain can often be so overwhelming and distressing that it may be hard to find hope. I aspire to be someone who journeys with you to find hope that reminds us of a life truly worth living.

 

Why speak to me?

 

Everyone needs a safe place of rest, refuge, and restoration to heal. I believe in offering a healing space prioritizing compassion, empathy, non-judgment, respect, and genuineness.

I believe each of us has inner strengths and potential that we can leverage to flourish in life.    I am here to support you on a journey of self-discovery, personal breakthroughs, and empower you to live a fulfilling life with confidence as you navigate through difficult times.

My previous roles in education and HR enable me to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, empathise with their challenges at various life stages, and respect their uniqueness. I hope to support you in shaping your experience, overcoming life challenges, and adjusting to transitions.

My Availability

 

I’m available on weekdays mornings and afternoons between 10am – 5pm. Sessions on other days & times could be arranged if feasible.
