Embracing You SG is a space created to bring you through the process of embracing yourself for who you are while reconciling with your mental and emotional struggles.
The purpose and aim of Embracing You SG is to raise awareness of mental and emotional struggles that we all experience in our everyday life and use meditation practices to process our thoughts and emotions to overcome these struggles.
In each episode, we will be discussing a different scenario and mental struggles that may accompany it.
Additionally, we will be sharing some personal tips that helped us overcome those barriers as well as professional tips from guest expert speakers which we hope you may find useful.
We strive to help people realise the importance of self love for our mental wellbeing and healing and their capabilities of taking charge of their lives this 21st century.
