Counselling can help with:
Feeling Depressed and hopeless about the future.
Working through Chronic Anxiety.
Learning to handle difficult thoughts and emotions more effectively.
Handle family issues and difficult relationships.
Due to the experience levels of our intern counsellors, we might not be able to take all cases. When that happens, we will try to help refer you to a more experienced professional (fees may apply).
