Hello, my name is Jeremy and I am a counsellor (in training) currently offer online counseling.

 

Life is not easy and I do want to tell you that your emotions are valid and that we can work together through whatever situation or experience you may want to talk about. I may not fully understand what you may have gone through, but I will be there to listen, to accept and to understand to the best of my abilities what you will be talking about.

 

I am gentle and empathetic and will bring that into our counselling sessions as well. You are not alone in what you go through, and I will do my best to remind you of that and help guide you to what goals you may want through our counseling sessions.

 

I was born in Indonesia, raised in Singapore and was in Singapore’s local school up till the age of 10, and was in an international school till I was 18. This, coupled with multiple trips overseas working in orphanages, rural villages, with special needs and physically disabled people, has helped me be more culturally aware and appreciate the experiences people do go through.

 

I am passionate about counseling and working with people to grow in their mental health together. I love and am in joy when talking and listening to people. I work in accordance with the Code of Ethics by the Singapore Association of Counseling and am undertaking counseling supervision.

I like sports, mostly watching sports like volleyball, tennis, and football (soccer)

I like video games

I like tea more than coffee :)

My Availability

 

I am available on weekdays between 1 and 6 pm.

• Currently doing my Post-Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology at College of Allied Educators (Singapore Association of Counseling)

• Bachelor in Psychology at University at Buffalo, State University of New York
