About this session :)

Hi there! I’m thrilled that you’re here - and even more thrilled by the prospect of getting to know you. For the last decade, I’ve studied for and undertaken various roles ranging from management consultant, to social entrepreneur, to career/academic advisor, to (my favorite one) friend and mentor. Now, I’m exploring careers in psychology and counseling because of the deep and personalized nature of the work, and the profound impact I've seen it have on those immediately around me. My journey so far has been in the spirit and pursuit of helping people, as I work on nurturing a positive and compassionate inner environment, and wrestle with my own issues around identity, mental illness/wellness, family, relationships, and work. One critical step that often goes unnoticed in this process of helping others is simply being there – with a listening ear and an appreciation and understanding that life isn’t black and white, even though rules and traditions often make them out to be. Though it may not always seem like the world is on your side, I’d like to be if you let me. Feel free to share your struggles and challenges with me – I’ll do my best to show up as my full, open, and authentic self if you do. :)

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are shown only for the next 30 days. An advance booking of 2 days prior to the session is required. Hear bud appointments may still be subject to change and cancellations depending on our volunteers. The admin team will email you to reschedule if the hear bud is not available. Cancellations: Do let our Hear Buds know in advance by emailing hearbuds.iash@gmail.com No-shows: Our Hear Buds will leave the call after 10 mins if you don't show up. We'll need an email verification from you if you wish to book again after a no-show.
