About this session :)

Growing up, whenever there were hardships, there were always people that were there with me to support me throughout those times. Despite that, I still made poor decisions, especially with my studies. Never once was I grateful for all the money my parents spent to send me for tuition in hopes that my grades went up, in which it did not. However, during my National Service, I was able to take time off and decide what I wanted to do in life as a career. During my time in National Service, I was blessed to be able to interact with many people who provided numerous opinions that influenced me to choose the path I am on today. I’ve learnt to appreciate those around me, as well as the environment that I’ve been placed in. As much as we have doctors out in the field to ensure our physical health, the one constant that determines our grit is our mental health. I found that mental health was just as, if not more important than one’s physical health, thus, I decided to study Psychology to be able to understand people, and myself in this journey of discovery. I would love to talk to you and aid you in your journey as well!

Bookings are shown only for the next 30 days. An advance booking of 2 days prior to the session is required. Hear bud appointments may still be subject to change and cancellations depending on our volunteers. The admin team will email you to reschedule if the hear bud is not available. Cancellations: Do let our Hear Buds know in advance by emailing hearbuds.iash@gmail.com No-shows: Our Hear Buds will leave the call after 10 mins if you don't show up. We'll need an email verification from you if you wish to book again after a no-show.
