Are you someone who loves to read and finds solace in stories? Or maybe you’re on a journey to better understand yourself and connect with others in a safe, supportive space? This workshop is for you! ✨ 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑫𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒔 ✨ “Journey Through Books: Finding Strength in Stories” is an interactive, reflective session where we explore the incredible power of literature in supporting mental well-being. We’ll dive into stories that mirror our experiences, connect with characters who feel like us, and uncover insights that help us grow. 🗝️ 𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝑰𝒏𝒄𝒍𝒖𝒅𝒆: 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝑵𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔: Discover how stories can help us process emotions and view our challenges from a new perspective. 𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒚 & 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Find comfort in shared struggles and experiences by connecting with characters and others in the group. 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 & 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏: Engage in open conversations and share stories, fostering community bonds that uplift our wellness journey. 💬 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕: Reflect on prompts provided in advance, designed to connect literature with personal insights Briefly share a bit about yourself and a favorite quote from your chosen book Participate in a guided journaling and group discussion session 🔍 𝑺𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒕 “Consider a character or idea from a book that resonated with you. How does it mirror your own experiences?” Example: Black Swan -> Balancing expectations: Nina’s journey of perfectionism resonated with my own experiences around grades and learning to set realistic expectations. 🌟 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆, 𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕!
