"𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒏 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒐𝒔 (𝑶𝑯𝑪)" is all about creating space for heartfelt discussions, just like open heart surgery but less surgical and more soulful. 🫥𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Loneliness isn’t just about being alone — it’s that quiet, familiar ache of feeling unseen, unheard, or out of place, even in a room full of people. 🫥💭 It’s something many of us carry, often in silence. That’s why we’re creating a gentle, open space to talk about it. 🧡✨ A space where you can share your story, your struggles, or simply sit and listen — no pressure, just presence. Together, we’ll explore what loneliness feels like, what we long for in those moments, and what helps us feel a little more connected. 🤝🌱 You’re warmly invited — just as you are. 🌈 In showing up, you might help someone else feel a little less alone too (That someone may even be you!). 💬👂 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙊𝙃𝘾: This is a 1.5-hour online gathering, held monthly, where we come together to talk about matters close to the heart. Our facilitators create a safe and supportive space with ground rules of confidentiality, empathy, and kindness, so you can share openly or simply listen. Whether you're on a journey of self-discovery, healing, or just looking for a meaningful conversation, there's something for everyone in this session. So ready to join in?
