Just like open heart surgery, Open Heart Convos (OHC) is about getting close to matters of our hearts. This round we'll be talking about the topic of: "𝘼𝙈 𝙄 𝙒𝙊𝙍𝙏𝙃𝙔???" Join us if you've ever questioned your own value or struggled to feel genuinely deserving, whether in your work, relationships or just how you see yourself. Many of us grapple with that inner doubt, wondering if we're truly enough or if we're just getting by. This session is a chance to open up about those feelings and explore what it means to feel worthy, no matter our achievements, others' approval, or even our own inner critic. You're not alone in this - let's unpack this together and start finding worth from within. 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙊𝙃𝘾: This is monthly 1.5 hour online event where we will come together to share in a topic close to our hearts. Our facilitators will help to establish safe space guidelines, including confidentiality, empathy and kindness, so we can all have this time to be open and true to our hearts. So ready to join in?
