This Pilates session will incorporate breath work, mind-body connection, and being fully present in each movement. You will be guided through each movement with intention and control. This session aims to enhance your body awareness encouraging you to be in tune with how your body feels and moves. ๐—›๐—ผ๐˜„ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜ ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฝ ๐Ÿฅฐ Pilates enhances mobility, flexibility and helps improve your posture. Additionally, Pilates is a somatic exercise that offers mental-health benefits by encouraging a deep connection between mind and body which helps to promote mindfulness and relaxation. ๐—”๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐Ÿ™‚ Jo is a 3rd year psychology student who has been practicing Pilates for 2 years. She has experienced the benefits of Pilates in helping her deal with trauma and is now volunteering to share these benefitsย withย others.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are shown only for the next 30 days. An advance booking of 2 days prior to the session is required. Hear bud appointments may still be subject to change and cancellations depending on our volunteers. The admin team will email you to reschedule if the hear bud is not available. Cancellations: Do let our Hear Buds know in advance by emailing No-shows: Our Hear Buds will leave the call after 10 mins if you don't show up. We'll need an email verification from you if you wish to book again after a no-show.
