It's a question many of us have 𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒍𝒚 asked ourselves — and rarely feel safe answering. Singapore's new 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐭 names mental health as a protected characteristic for the first time.
