About this session :)
This support group will be a safe space for you to share your struggles at work and the challenges you face. We hope you find emotional support in this group as participants share their experiences and coping mechanism. Together, we might gain new perspectives and motivation to improve your work situation. These struggles can include: • Work stress & burnout – Feeling overwhelmed, overworked, or emotionally drained. • Toxic work environments – Dealing with difficult bosses, coworkers, or office politics. • Work-life balance – Struggling to manage work responsibilities alongside personal life. • Self-doubt & career anxiety – Feeling stuck, lacking confidence, or questioning career choices. What to expect: The 2-hour Zoom session will commence with a brief self-introduction, followed by voluntary sharing of experiences and challenges.
