I’m a trained counsellor in Singapore.

 

From time to time, all of us experience major life changes, complicated relationships or some setbacks. Life may also sometimes throw us curveballs that overwhelm us. Furthermore, we also may carry with us emotional pain from the past, impacting how we cope with challenges in the present. All of those may then affect our daily function, our relationships and how we perceive ourselves.

 

During such times, extra guidance and support from a trained professional can be beneficial in navigating through the feelings and thoughts that are clouding the mind. Speaking to a counsellor can be a big step towards being the healthier version of yourself no matter what challenges you may be facing.

Henry David Thoreau, the philosopher, once said, "Not until we are lost do we begin to understand ourselves."

 

I’m here to journey with you for that self-discovery while providing you with listening ear and a safe space. As we share stories in a safe space, we learn to be open to emotional pain to bring about healing, growth and purpose. We all deserve to get a happy and full-filling life.

 

In our journey, I also hope to provide the support you need to give you insight about what is going on, to diffuse overwhelming feelings and to connect to the power in you. By channelling to the power within, I believe you will stand stronger and will be ready to deal with future challenges.

I am available on weekday evenings and weekends. It will be helpful if you can reach out to me at least a week in advance so that we can work something out.

• $60 per hour

• Further subsidies: $42 - $54 per hour (see below)

• Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology (accredited by Singapore Association for Counselling)
