Hi there! I am Ken Sim, but you can just call me Ken.

I'm a counsellor-in-training passionate about helping people navigate life's complexities. Drawing on my psychology background and ongoing counselling studies, I create a warm and supportive space for you to explore your emotions, gain self-awareness, and develop coping mechanisms.

Before diving into counselling, I honed my communication skills in the fast-paced world of industrial relations. This experience equipped me with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. I understand the pressures of professional environments and how they can impact mental well-being. That's why I'm here to support you in cultivating a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach emphasizes empathy, acceptance, and authenticity. In our sessions, we'll create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Through active listening and reflection, we'll work together to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and discover your own inner resources to navigate life's challenges.

  • Relationship troubles (including those related to new parenthood) 

  • Work-life balance struggles 

  • Low self-esteem 

  • Parenting challenges (sleep deprivation, new baby adjustment, etc.)

Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
