This platform, ITALLSTARTSHEAR.SG (“Platform”), is owned and operated by ITALLSTARTSHEARSG PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202129677H) (“IASH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Platform and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
PART A: PLATFORM & SERVICES
1. NATURE OF SERVICES
IASH is a mental health social enterprise providing:

Peer support (Hear Buds)

Counselling referrals
-
Community events (e.g. Open Door Evenings, empathy circles)

Structured programmes (“Journeys”)
1.1 IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
Unless explicitly stated:

Services are non-medical and non-clinical
-
Services are not therapy or psychiatric care
-
Services are not emergency or crisis services
IASH does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
1.2 NO DUTY OF CARE
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
IASH does not assume a duty of care for any user’s mental, emotional, or physical wellbeing.
You use the Platform voluntarily and at your own risk.
1.3 CRISIS EXCLUSION
If you are experiencing:

Suicidal thoughts
-
Risk of harm to self or others
-
Medical or psychiatric emergencies
You must seek immediate professional help.
2. SERVICE CATEGORIES
2.1 HEAR BUDS (PEER SUPPORT)
Hear Buds are:

Volunteers or non-professional individuals
-
Trained in basic listening skills
They are not:
-
Therapists
-
Counsellors
-
Medical professionals
2.1.1 LIMITATIONS

Conversations are non-clinical and informal
-
No professional relationship is created
2.1.2 USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
You agree:

Not to rely on Hear Buds for professional advice
-
That all interactions are at your own risk
2.2 COUNSELLING SERVICES
IASH facilitates connections between users and:

Intern Counsellors
-
Resident Counsellors
2.2.1 PLATFORM ROLE
IASH acts solely as a facilitator of introductions.
We do not:
-
Provide counselling
-
Supervise sessions
-
Control clinical decisions
2.2.2 INDEMNITY
To the fullest extent permitted:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IASH from any claims arising from counselling services provided by counsellors.
2.2.3 USER RESPONSIBILITY
You:
-
Engage counsellors at your own discretion
-
Must assess suitability independently
2.3 COMMUNITY EVENTS (INCLUDING OPEN DOOR EVENINGS & CIRCLES)
IASH organises:
-
Open Door Evenings
-
Empathy circles
-
Group discussions and workshops
-
Other community or Ad-hoc events
2.3.1 NATURE OF EVENTS
These are:
-
Community-based
-
Non-clinical
-
Not therapy
2.3.2 FACILITATORS
Facilitators:
-
May be volunteers, contractors, or independent individuals
-
Do not act as therapists
Facilitators act in their personal or independent capacity and not as clinical providers on behalf of IASH.
2.3.3 ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating, you acknowledge:

Emotional discomfort may occur
-
Other participants may behave unpredictably
-
Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed
You participate at your own risk.
2.4 JOURNEYS (STRUCTURED PROGRAMMES)
Journeys may include:

Guided reflections
-
Emotional exploration
-
Group-based experiences
2.4.1 LEGAL POSITION
Journeys are educational and experiential programmes, not therapy.
2.4.2 NO RELIANCE
You agree:

Not to rely on Journeys as a substitute for professional care
-
That outcomes are not guaranteed
2.4.3 PSYCHOLOGICAL RISK
You acknowledge:

Strong emotions may arise
-
You are responsible for your participation
PART B: USER TERMS
3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old
-
You may only create one account
-
You are responsible for all account activity
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree:
-
To use Services responsibly
-
Not to misuse, harm, or exploit others
-
That you are fully responsible for your wellbeing
5. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & BOOKINGS
5.1 GENERAL

Payments are required in advance where applicable
-
All payments are non-refundable unless stated
5.2 COUNSELLING
-
Minimum notice required for rescheduling: More than 24 hours notice required
-
Late cancellations may result in forfeiture
-
No-shows result in full fee forfeiture
5.3 EVENTS
-
Tickets are non-refundable
-
Non-attendance does not entitle refunds
5.4 JOURNEYS
-
No refunds once commenced
-
Missed sessions are not recoverable
5.5 CHARGEBACKS
Improper chargebacks may result in suspension.
PART C: PLATFORM RULES
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You must not:
-
Engage in hate speech
-
Share personal data without consent
-
Engage in criminal or harmful behaviour
-
Use the Platform unlawfully
7. USER CONTENT
-
You retain ownership of your content
-
You grant IASH a licence to use it
-
We may remove content at our discretion
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
We encourage confidentiality but do not guarantee it.
It may be breached:

By other users
-
Where required by law
-
Where safety risks arise
PART D: LEGAL
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted:
IASH is not liable for:

Emotional or psychological harm
-
User interactions
-
Counselling outcomes
-
Event participation outcomes
LIABILITY CAP
Where liability cannot be excluded:
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
10. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify IASH against claims arising from:

Your use of Services
-
Your interactions with others
-
Your breach of these Terms
11. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
We may:

Modify, suspend, or withdraw services
-
Deny access at our discretion
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform content belongs to IASH.
You may not:

Reproduce
-
Distribute
-
Exploit content commercially
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party sites or content.
14. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Breach of Terms
-
Safety concerns
-
Any reasonable reason
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Singapore law.
All disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
16. SEVERABILITY & WAIVER
Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
Failure to enforce rights does not waive them.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and IASH.
