We are a registered social enterprise built from the ground-up. IASH.SG was started by a community of Ordinary Singaporeans who started this initiative with the aim of "bridging" the gap in Mental Health and Wellbeing.

We believe in taking a holistic approach, by building safe communities with access to professional mental health help. Our informal communities encourage at-risk or struggling Singaporeans to open up about their pain in an informal space, while they can also see our subsidised counselling and therapy services at our Holland Close location.
