Frequently asked questions
Our team of resident counsellors are all experienced counsellors and therapists who have their training in course accredited by the Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC).
We only choose to onboard counsellors who have an innate passion and commitment to mental health, and all willingly offer subsidies to make mental health more accessible and affordable! You can often see them at our free empathy circle and community events too - we work as a team to build this initiative together!
We'll need your help to feel in the form below and once that is done your counsellor will reach out to you directly! https://www.iash.sg/speaktous
As a mental health social enterprise, we offer subsidised for various groups to increase the affordability and access to therapy and counselling.
These subsidies are offered by our counsellors who have all agreed to charge a lower rate if you belong to any of the groups below:
Undergraduate and below FULL-TIME students who are paying for their own therapy (not paid by parents etc)
Individuals with financial difficulties as qualified by having a BLUE CHAS card or have a letter of referral from a registered charity organisation
Full-time teachers and frontline healthcare professionals given the difficult nature of this job and their need to care for others - we give this as a way to give back to those in "heart work" roles
If you're working in an organisation who's a corporate partner of ours.
You can speak to your counsellor more about these subsidies too :)
We only accept Paynow for all our sessions - our counsellors will send you more details about this to either pay prior to our session or you can pay at our centre as well through QR codes

Yes we can provide invoice for claims - just request one from your counsellors following the sessions.
Do note that if you're claiming for sessions, subsidies cannot be applied and you'll have to pay for the full fee.
No we do not, we mainly focus on counselling and therapy. We can recommend a few routes to try from including public and private routes if needed.
