Hi, I'm Marta.
Hello, I’m Marta! I am a trained counsellor, offering a peaceful space for you to develop insights about personal challenges, develop new perspectives and support your healing.

I have been based in Singapore for the past 15 years.
I approach helping others with the belief that everyone deserves to be received with empathetic understanding towards their emotions, thoughts and life circumstances, especially when these are confusing, frustrating and painful.
Although at first it may be daunting to face the impact of your difficult experiences and feelings or try new approaches and cope with the discomfort of change, we all have the capacity to develop internal courage and strength to improve things for ourselves. No matter what you are dealing with, I put forward compassion and therapeutic techniques attuned to your unique needs to walk with you in this journey towards achieving calm restoration.

Why speak to me?
I grew up in a challenging environment with intergenerational trauma and mental health struggles. With time, I understood how such circumstances deny us opportunities to feel validated, learn healthy coping mechanisms, develop positive beliefs about self, others and the world and live our lives as our authentic selves.
My own life experiences propelled me towards psychology and the field of therapy. Here I help individuals connect with that healthy part of themselves, which maybe never had space and say, but always wanted to be listened to and take them towards optimal living.
