Your support and generosity helps to keep us going. At present, we depend on crowd-sourced funds and corporate sponsorships to support our platform!

It's thank to your help that we've been able to reach out personally to 20,000+ Singaporeans and counting since we started in Sep 2021 🙂

Help us continue to make a difference.

Our Founder

Hi! I'm Hernping. You might know me from my instagram account @kayatoastforthesoul.sg. I'm a trained psychologist (Masters level) that specialises in developing community and organisational programmes as well as seeing clients on an individual, couple and familial basis.

What got me started doing this? Well, I'm a fellow mental health survivor myself, having been diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) as a kid.

Through this endeavour, I hope we can come together as a community to build a much-need safe, open and accessible space together.

So thank you for being here - I hope no one ever goes through this journey alone.

- Hernping

It All Starts Hear
IASH.SG

IASH.SG is a registered social enterprise built from the ground-up. We started as a humble community of Ordinary Singaporeans who wanted to "bridge" the gap in Mental Health and Wellbeing, growing into the social enterprise we are today.

We believe in taking a holistic approach to mental health, by building an ecosystem of support for those looking for a way through their struggles.

We do through three main pillars:

  1. Encouraging at-risk or struggling Singaporeans to open up in our fun and friendly community events.

  2. Creating access so people can speak to a peer about their troubles (Hear Buds)

  3. Offering Professional Counselling and Therapy services at subsidised rates at our Bishan location or online.
