Why speak to me?

Life can feel overwhelming when the very people who were supposed to love and protect you became the ones who hurt you most. Abuse and trauma leave scars that are often invisible, constant self-doubt, anxiety, or feeling like no matter what you do, it’s never enough. If you’ve ever wondered why you keep ending up in toxic relationships, why you feel drained and disconnected, or why healing feels out of reach, you are not alone.
I understand this pain because I’ve lived it. Growing up with narcissistic parents, I learned early that love often came with conditions or was withheld altogether. That experience of emotional neglect and manipulation followed me into adulthood, pulling me into relationships that mirrored the same abuse. For years, I lived in this cycle feeling anxious, exhausted, and questioning my worth.
But my story didn’t end there. Through personal healing and professional training, I broke free and today, my purpose is to help others do the same. I’m a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Specialist and Trauma-Informed Coach, committed to walking alongside you with empathy and compassion as you uncover your wounds and begin to heal.
My own transformation from survivor to therapist is proof that healing is not just possible, it’s within your reach too. Together, we will move at your pace, creating space for you to feel heard, understood, and empowered to reclaim your voice and your life.
My Approach
I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to listen to yourself again, not the voice of shame, fear, or manipulation, but the part of you that knows you deserve better.
In our work together, I combine trauma-informed practices with practical tools for everyday resilience. My approach blends depth (healing root wounds) with action (rebuilding your confidence and emotional safety). Whether you’re struggling with abuse, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, or toxic relationships, I walk alongside you as both therapist and fellow survivor.
My Experience
For the past 4.5 years, I’ve been running a private practice supporting individuals through:
-

-
