Our Peer Support Programs
Everyone seeks support differently. Whether you prefer talking online, chatting in person, or staying anonymous, our peer support services specialise in offering safe, informal spaces where you can be heard :)
TWO WAYS TO CONNECT
Hear Buds & Clouds
Reaching out for the first time can feel like the hardest part. So we made it as simple, warm, and unintimidating as possible.
From a free listening ear to joining one of our facilitated friendship groups called "Cloud Groups" — pick whichever feels right for where you are.
Hear Buds
A trained listening buddy — a real person who's there to hear you out, one to one.
💬 Talk through whatever's on your mind, at your pace
🫂 Trained peer supporters who've been open about their own journeys
💻 Online via Zoom, through voice or video
🔎 Read their profiles and choose someone whose story resonates

Choose a Hear Bud if: you want to be heard, one to one, and talk through what you're carrying with someone who listens without judgement.
Clouds
Clouds are small groups of 5-6 people who meet weekly for 4 facilitated sessions — to share, listen, and connect.
👥 Small groups of 5-6, same people each week
📅 4 warm, facilitated weekly sessions
🌱 Gently guided by a trained Cloud Bud facilitator
🤍 No pressure — just genuine, lasting connection

Join a Cloud if: you're craving ongoing connection and want to build real friendships with others who understand.
JUST A NOTE
Peer support, not therapy
A listening ear
Peer support is about being heard and feeling less alone — not diagnosis or treatment. It's warm, human, and judgement-free.
Always free
Both Hear Buds and Clouds are completely free.
Cost should never stand between you and someone to talk to.
Not a crisis hotline
We are not a crisis or emergency service. If neede, please seek urgent support from emergency services or an appropriate crisis helpline.
