Hi, I'm Michelle.

Hello there! I’m Michelle, a counselling postgraduate undergoing professional training.
I have a strong interest in supporting adolescents and young adults, particularly those navigating periods of growth, transition, and emotional challenge. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree with Flinders University, delivered through the Executive Counselling Training Academy (ECTA).
My Interests & Focus
I am especially drawn to working with individuals experiencing:
-
Identity formation and self-discovery
-
Emotional regulation and coping with overwhelm
-
Relationship, family, and peer dynamics
-
Academic, career, and life-stage transitions
-
Stress, low mood, anxiety, and self-esteem concerns
Why Speak to Me?
You don’t have to be in crisis to come for counselling. You may be feeling overwhelmed, confused, or unsure about yourself, and that’s perfectly okay.
I work with young people who are navigating stress, emotions, relationships, and life changes. Whether it’s school pressure, identity questions, low mood, anxiety, or feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
My approach is gentle and supportive, grounded in person-centred and psychodynamic perspectives. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and go at your own pace. We’ll explore what’s going on together, one step at a time.
