Hi, I'm Nady.

I’m Nady, a Counsellor in Training at IASH.SG.

Alongside my work in student support, I am pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. My professional and personal journey has allowed me to witness how stress, change, and identity struggles can deeply affect one’s sense of self and belonging. Yet, I have also seen how compassion, structure, and community can help individuals rediscover strength and purpose.
I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can show up authentically, without fear of judgment or expectation, and explore what truly matters to them.

My Approach
My practice is guided by empathy, genuineness, and respect for your lived experience. I also integrate elements from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help you build awareness of your thoughts, values, and choices, and to move toward greater alignment between who you are and how you want to live.
Together, we can gently unpack the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, explore your emotions with curiosity rather than criticism, and chart small, meaningful steps toward healing and growth.
