Your managers know how to deliver results. But what happens when difficult conversations are avoided, emotions take over, or team members stop speaking up? Authentic Leadership is a full-day experiential workshop that helps leaders understand how their values, emotions and everyday interactions shape their teams. Facilitated by IASH counsellors and trainers, it creates space to reflect honestly, work through real leadership challenges and practise new ways of responding. Through guided reflection, group activities and role-play, participants will identify their core leadership values, learn a four-step process for managing emotional triggers, and practise communicating with honesty, empathy and clarity — even under pressure. Designed for people managers, team leads and emerging leaders, the workshop includes a personal workbook and a practical commitment to bring their learning into everyday leadership.
