About this session :)
Hi there, really happy that you're here and we would like to invite you down to watch an anime movie with us and join us in a meaningful discussion of this movie too. The movie we are watching is: A Silent Voice TW: suicide and suicide attempt themes, bullying, grief, depression. Synopsis: A young man is ostracized by his classmates after he bullies a deaf girl to the point where she moves away. Years later, he sets off on a path for redemption. Event details: 7 to 930pm What to expect: Try to come in on time at 7pm. The movie will start at 7.15pm! The movie will be screened on a projector and there are comfy chairs for all of us to sit and gather on. After the movie ends, we will have a short discussion on (please share only if you are comfortable): - who was your favourite character - how you felt about the movie - any character(s)' experiences you related to - any takeaway from the movie/words of encouragement We hope to see you there!
