Hey there! I’m a corporate worker currently navigating a tricky career transition. Not too long ago, I found myself feeling completely lost and stuck, wondering what was next. On top of that, I’ve spent a long time wrestling with perfectionism. Holding myself to impossibly high standards didn't just add pressure at work, it even started stripping the joy out of my hobbies and leisure time. It took a lot of unlearning to realize that life isn't a checklist to perfect. I also struggled with standing my ground whenever what I truly wanted differed from the expectations others had of me, but have since come to learn the deep importance of self-trust and building the confidence to own my path. Going through this shift made me realize how much we all need a safe space to pause and untangle our thoughts. I joined IASH because I want to lend an ear to anyone feeling stuck. I'm here to help you reflect, understand yourself better, and find your own clarity and meaning. You don't have to have it all figured out to talk to me. Let's navigate it together!
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are shown only for the next 30 days. An advance booking of 2 days prior to the session is required. Hear Bud appointments may still be subject to change and cancellations depending on our volunteers. The admin team will email you to reschedule if the Hear Bud is not available. Cancellations: Please do so in advance by going to “My Bookings” on our website and selecting “Manage” followed by “Cancel.” No-shows: Our Hear Buds will leave the call after 10 mins if you don't show up. We'll need an email verification from you if you wish to book again after a no-show. Multiple Bookings: We ask all callers to only have 1 outstanding booking for each Hear Bud at a time, because we would like to give others a chance to speak with the Hear Bud too. Only after the Hear Bud session finishes, then please go ahead and book the same Hear Bud if you would like to.
