Navigating relationships can be a bit tricky, but it doesn’t have to feel like a lonely road. I’ve faced some tough challenges like anxious attachment, codependency, and relationship setbacks. Intrigued by my experiences, I decided to dig deeper into understanding my attachment style, uncover my true self, and become stronger and more self-aware. I understand how isolating this journey of self-discovery can feel; sometimes, it seems like others misunderstand us, or we feel abandoned by the world. Let’s create a safe space for our feelings and thoughts, allowing ourselves to recognize what we’re going through together. If you’re ready to open up, I’m here to listen, and we can work through it together! I’ll accompany you on this journey at your own pace and comfort level. Our time together will always be a judgment-free zone. You’re not alone on this path; I’m here to cheer you on as you embrace the transformation waiting for you.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are shown only for the next 30 days. An advance booking of 2 days prior to the session is required. Hear Bud appointments may still be subject to change and cancellations depending on our volunteers. The admin team will email you to reschedule if the Hear Bud is not available. Cancellations: Do let our Hear Buds know in advance by emailing hearbuds.iash@gmail.com No-shows: Our Hear Buds will leave the call after 10 mins if you don't show up. We'll need an email verification from you if you wish to book again after a no-show. Multiple Bookings: We ask all callers to only have 1 outstanding booking for each Hear Bud at a time, because we would like to give others a chance to speak with the Hear Bud too. Only after the Hear Bud session finishes, then please go ahead and book the same Hear Bud if you would like to.
