Hi, I'm Srieena.

I’m Srieena, a Counsellor in Training at IASH.SG.

As a counsellor in training, I'm honoured to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. With over a decade of experience supporting families with young children (0-6 years) with neurotypical and neurodiverse needs, I've learned that every individual's story is unique and deserving of empathy, understanding, and care.
In our sessions, you'll find a warm, non-judgmental space to explore challenging emotions and experiences, while nurturing resilience and coping skills.

Whether you're seeking support for:
-
Grief and loss
-
Caregiver burnout
-
Neurodiverse family dynamics
-
Strengthening self-care practices
Or simply need someone to listen without judgment, I'm here for you.

Together, we'll work together to:
-
Identify strengths and areas for growth
-
Foster self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-acceptance
-
Develop tailored strategies for your wellbeing

Empathy and understanding are at the heart of my practice. I believe in fostering self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. I believe every individual deserves a supportive, understanding professional in their journey.
Hope we can journey together as you re-discover the ropes. :)
